How refund works ?

We try our best to achieve success in every recharge, still if any recharge fails we ensure that customer get the money back.

There are two options with the customer for getting money back.

  • Refund in user virtual wallet. Payatoz provide easy and convenient option of user wallet. By default when any transaction is refunded, we update the user wallet with the recharge amount. Here customers get the money back instantly as wallet cash, and can use cash immediately for next recharge. User’s wallet is safe, secure and easy way to store cash. By this option user doesn’t have to wait long to get money back from bank.
  • Refund back in source account. To get the money back into same source account of customers’ bank, in my account page, in front of each transaction with refund status has ‘Refund to bank’ button. User can initiated the refund by click on this button. Normally refund from the bank will take 10 -21 days as per the rules of the bank.

As mentioned above in either ways customer will always get money back in case of refund of the transaction. We always communicate the customer with the updates about the refund money. Kindly note that we are liable to only providing you a valid recharge or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible failed recharge on our system due to wrong number or any other consequences. In any case if reuqired , You can always email or contact us for help.
